When it comes to subjects over which competence development in public institutions is of particular importance, KSAP offers longer forms of training given Studium (Study Course) or Akademia (Academy) titles. Effect is given to this training via a cohesive system of separate training sessions. By this method, it is possible for a deeper look to be taken into the given topic, which has a greater number of training hours assigned to it. Different levels of advancement may also be offered on these courses, so that still-greater account can be taken of participants’ real needs. There is paid access to these courses, each of which has recruitment principles laid down for it. Examples of longer forms of training would be the Academy for Project Management in Public Administration and the Study Course for Data Protection Inspectors.

The longer forms of training offered in 2023 entailed 3 courses for 40 people in total.
