Małgorzata Bywanis-Jodlińska

Małgorzata Bywanis-Jodlińska was appointed to the post of Director of the National School of Public Administration by Prime Minister Donald Tusk on 13th June 2024. A graduate of the Faculty of Philology at Kraków’s Jagiellonian University, as well as KSAP itself, she began her career in public administration in 1998 at Poland’s Public Procurement Office. Through the 2008-2015 period, she was Director-General at the Małopolska Provincial Office, having previously been the Deputy Director of the Organisation and Administration Department of the same institution. She has been a nominated Official of the Polish Civil Service since 2000.

Deputy Director

Prof. dr hab. Waldemar Czachur

Waldemar Czachur is a Professor of Humanities, a linguist and expert in German affairs, at the University of Warsaw’s Institute of German Studies. Thanks to his giving classes in German, Prof. Czachur has been associated with the National School of Public Administration since 2007. In the years 2017-2023, he presided over the Council of the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe, while the 2006-2011 period had seen him coordinating the Robert Bosch grant-training programme for public-administration personnel in Central Europe. In those same years he also cooperated actively with Poland’s Centrum Stosunków Międzynarodowych (Centre for International Relations Foundation).
