KSAP graduates
Training at KSAP ensures that graduates will have comprehensive preparation for the effective pursuit of public tasks serving the common good. The Diploma awarded entitles the holder to attain the status of Civil Service Official, while the skills acquired will represent a solid basis for the further development of a career with public institutions.
More than 1400 KSAP graduates have taken up posts at all levels of public administration at home and abroad. Under the Act of Parliament on KSAP, graduates of the School are obliged to work at offices of the public administration for 3 or 5 years (depending on the type of training). The posts offered to graduates are above all those of Specialists, Senior Specialists, Chief Specialists or more rarely Division Heads. Further career opportunities and chances for promotion depend mainly on the level of commitment displayed by the graduate.
